Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your PlayPause subscription at any time by logging into your account settings.
- Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Data Retention: Upon cancellation, we may retain your data for a grace period of 30 days to allow you to download your files, after which it may be permanently deleted.
2. Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions: We generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days of the billing cycle, you may be eligible for a full refund. After this window, refunds are not provided, but access continues until the end of the year.
3. Free Trials
If you signed up for a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies.
4. Exceptions
We understand that technical issues happen. If you believe you have been charged in error, or if the PlayPause platform was unavailable for an extended period due to our downtime, please contact our support team at hello@playpause.io within 7 days of the charge to request a review.
